Yes. Your company runs on its own dedicated database, so you never share a workspace with another company's data. Everything is encrypted in transit, passwords and worker PINs are hashed, and sensitive fields like your EIN are encrypted in the database. Your crew only ever sees their own hours, never your financials. We back up your data daily with encrypted off-site copies, and we never sell it.

It's yours. You can export your payroll, job costs, and billing schedules to CSV or accounting-software format whenever you want. Nothing is locked in.

No long-term contract. Pick monthly or annual billing and cancel anytime; your subscription simply ends at the close of your current billing period. And if you ever leave, your data is still yours to export.
